The Dept. of Agriculture and Industries, General Services Section maintains and disposes of all automotive vehicles owned by the department. Whenever it is time to sell a motor vehicle, the section sends the vehicle and the title to the Surplus Property Lot. After it is sold by Surplus Property, it is removed from the inventory. These reports summarize all vehicle sales for a given fiscal year. They show the operator of the vehicle, the make and year, inventory number, and various cost figures for the vehicle. The cost figures are derived from the Monthly Automotive Maintenance Reports (S-4-27). These records are distributed to all vehicle operators for information purposes.
